Every year we seem to get posts for Independence Day and various other mainly US holidays, so I thought it was about time we got some others. So i would like to wish everyone a happy Australia Day

The 26th of January was the date the first fleet arived in Sydney cove. It also represents Australia becoming a nation although that was the 1st of January.

Nope NZ just drank tea and sang God save the Queen. Most of the convicts sent to Australia were political opponents or the Irish. The serious criminals remained in the more secure british prisions. I supose we did kill english cricket though.

nah you just dont know how much to use or were made a fool of by an aussie. You only need a small scraping of the stuff. We usually put liberal amounts on for foreigners because the reactions are priceless
