Hi, um... I logged in to MSN Messenger today for the first time in months, and I had a new request from the address [email protected] and after a quick Google search, the only result led to a profile on this site named "Ragweed"...

 

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but who is this person?

 

Note: If you must know, this is the only reason I registered. I'm just curious. Any help is appreciated.

I'm a bit worried, a lot of strange requests have been coming up lately, from MSN to Myspace...

 

The thing I find odd is that this is the ONLY Google result. If this person had been active on the internet since December, they'd surely have other results. I may be sounding like an internet detective, but whatever it takes, y'know?

Something don't seem right. And as far as I know, Ragweed was suspended but not banned. Now call me cynical, but i'm curious to why this Ragweed would add you without:

 

a) Yourself knowing Ragweed offline, through work, or some other means.

 

Or you yourself are Ragweed, who believes you were banned.

 

Despite the IP check bringing up nothing, something is fishy here. There was a reason why Ragweed was suspended, and ever since, references pop up out of the blue like this.
