Movie: Superbad Or HotRod?

I was wondering, what movie do you think is better? superbad or hotrod?

I'm going to try to see both but if I can't, oh well. I intend to see Superbad regardless.

Hot Rod looked funny but hardly anyone went to see it. Why? It was advertised pretty good and the guy was on the Daily Show to promote it...

 

Though the Bourne Ultimatum and the Simpson probably stole a lot of money from Hot Rod and other movies.

I like Steve Carell's movies, he is very funny, but without Jim Carey I hear this movie is not that great.
