sooo many mistakes we both made in the battle of the noobs!!!

But inferno, in my limited mp game time - you're the first to stealth the flamers against me, so I was totally unprepared for it.

Wow - I just checked the rankings and I'm equal first at the moment, until that is, inferno v luk3us.

I actually thought my tourney was over yesterday when I discovered a 2yr had decided to insert my C&C disc inside the video player... in the gap between the video cradle and the rest of the machine. I now have a deep scratch about an inch long across the disc. It plays fine, but I don't it's going to re-install nicely the next time.

 

So my tourney continues with... the bye... and I'm going to have to consider selling the matching grandfather possibly, so I can afford to buy an EA C&C pack sooner rather than later...

If you can make an ISO from the DVD, then you should be sweet, as you can just mount the ISO and install from that, as it doesn't authenticate the DVD, but you will need the scratched DVD to play as it as to authenticate it. But if its as bad as it sounds, you probably won't be able to make an ISO...

Yea the guy I was sparring with never did that so I was really caught off guard, worked to his advantage though.

I was practicing that strategy alot this weekend and I found the only ways to possibly stop it are to intercept the emissary or massive bike/pitbull rush my main harvesters.

I think we should just cancel the tourney due to lack of interest right now... and this statement has nothing to do with the fact I have just checked the stats and rankings, and discovered thanks to Overcow I'm in 1st place!!!

The top four will face off. The top player plays the bottom player, and the two in the middle face off.

 

I think we should do a BO3, for hte semi's and finals.

I don't really see how BO3 is more fairer than anything else... You could of won the first game but lost the other two, thus many you would of won single elimination. Kind of not fair? What if they played best of seven and you can back and swept the other games? It's just a matter of who played better than who at a certain times (unless someone just completely sux ).

 

BO3... I guess... But you have to play three games back to back. So it goes by fast(er).
