How much to Pre-Order?

Depends on where you live. But since its an expansion it won't be the price of a full game. Probably just over half the cost of what you paid for C&C 3. EG here in NZ C&C 3 was $99.95, Kane's Wrath is $59.95.

 

Also, the pre-order pack is only available in the US, you should contact local game stores in your area to see if you can get it. Otherwise you will be pre-ordering, paying your money and then waiting.
