I was waiting for that. It's simple. Outside of the usual crap that goes on anywhere in the world is a essence which defines New Zealand. The country and its landscape is actually some of the most beautiful on the planet. It's original culture is still strongly rooted within all other cultures that have settled there. It produces to finest lamb in the world which tastes, smells and cooks better than any other meat you can find. On top of that the country is not arrogant on the world stage, it knows its place, enjoys itself and doesn't take itself too seriously unlike the USA or the UK. The people are more down to earth, open and honest than the British, the Americans, and the whole of Europe combined. It's a country, a culture than represents itself with pride without shoving it in our faces like America would.

 

All in all, as far as the British Commonwealth goes. Us British would choose New Zealand as the primary commonwealth country to live in than any other still part of the commonwealth. Austrailia is believed to be, but it's a common misconception in my eyes. Austrailia was quite a barren and dangerous and a majority inhospitable place to live. That's why throughout Austrailia's early history, the United Kingdom deported criminals there.

pish they ain't nothing compared to the royal marines >.> simply put, because british forces are smaller then american forces, and because we have a hella vast military experience, we receive better training then them. notice how all american special forces were taught by the SAS >.> the only downside is that we don't receive better equipment xD americans get double everything they need but british soldiers often have to buy their own camo gear from surplus stores... when we all invaded iraq a few years ago the british soldiers were all begging stuff from the americans cos we were only equiped with jungle gear (which is a little odd considering we were also involved in the first iraq war a decade previously. surely they should have had surplus or something. but whatever...) but y'know... we may have to scrounge for stuff but our forces get the job done efficiently XD if there's one thing the british are good at it's take and hold XD so long as the tea brewer in the tanks still work our troops will march for miles XD (i shizz you not, challenger 2 tanks are equiped with a tea brewer. the tank crews put boil food bags inside the boiling water so they can eat lunch whilst having a cuppa XDDDD)
