But in all cases you just shouldn't get out of your tank. Someone is gonna shot ya if ya do everytime. Or nick ya tank.... Get some other person to repair it. Share this post Link to post
Gazdude 0 Posted March 9, 2004 Im talking about people on your own side and ma tank was in me base! i just got out to repair it because there was no engineers on the field, then some b****** stole it infront of me 'n' drove off! chickendippers 1 Posted March 9, 2004 Shout "Get out of the Vehcile" a couple of times, then type: "<NAME> give my <VEHICLE> back!" It depends if you're playing a managed server where vehicle stealing is against the rules, they'll get warned/kicked/banned. Share this post Link to post

Commander A9 0 Posted June 22, 2004 i know its old, but id like to comment. as a raveshaw, i spotted a hotwire repairing a mammoth tank near the waterfall in the Field map. one shot to the head, and she was gone. then i grabbed the Mammoth Tank. people arent n00bs for stealin tanks, people are morons for allowing the thieves the opportunity to grab their vehicles in the first place. it is a prime tactic to steal an enemy vehicle and turn it against the enemy. what? are you gonna really pass up the opportunity to grab a mammoth tank who's driver was killed while trying to repair it and turn it against an attack force which is pummeling the crap out of your airstrip, your last structure? no, you're going to do everything you can to save your base. what? you see an open medium tank lying along in the field with no drive,r are you gonna type out a message to your enemy saying, "there's one of your tanks sitting here. you can pick it up if you want."? no! you're gonna grab it, take it back for repairs, and use it! stop griping. this is war! Saracen 16 Posted January 6, 2005 That shouldn't happen anyway since the vehicle is open to you for at least 30-45 seconds before it opens up to the rest of the team, so what on earth you are doing for that half a minute is beyond me since it'll usually take no more than 15 seconds to get into your vehicle from the point of purchase. General immeyourenot 0 Posted January 6, 2005 Haha, i got so pissed off with people nicking my vehicles that i just shove as much C4 as i can onto them, if anyone nicks it then i warn them i will detonate, that is usually enough for them not to waste my tank like that. If they don't get out then i wait a few mins until they forget all about it, then when they are under attack, BOOM, then they get killed by the enemy. That puts em off for good.
