Jenny McCarthy Is A "Badass" Tanya

Via Kotaku. Chris Corey, the executive producer for Red Alert 3, wants to reassure Red Alert 3 fans that Jenny McCarthy is one "Badass" Tanya. Some fans are concerned she won't be as good as Kari Wuhrer was in Red Alert 2.

 

The announcement of Jenny McCarthy as Tanya in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 may have drawn a "uergh" or two from fans of the series. "She's no ****ing Kari Wuhrer," some said, which... well, we're not sure if that's a compliment or an insult. But the guys at EA sure like Jenny.

 

Chris Corey, executive producer for Red Alert 3, says that McCarthy is a "badass" Tanya, that's she's more than capable to tackle the role of the special ops commando. After co-piloting a two-player coop demo of the PC version of the real-time strategy game, Corey tried to allay fan fears that the former Playboy Playmate wasn't ready to fill the tank top. Corey sounded pretty enthused to have her on board.

People shouldn't be so quick to judge Jenny McCarthy when they have seen about 3 seconds of moving footage and a few pictures of her as Tanya. Click here for the original post at Kotaku.

After which, Saracen wet himself laughing.

Sonic says that "People shouldn't be so quick to judge Jenny McCarthy when they have seen about 3 seconds of moving footage and a few pictures of her as Tanya."... But Saracen is isn't shifting, he says, "To me, the above picture does look like a man in a blonde wig!"

All your opinions are heavily biased on the actor's history. If you didn't know all those things about her, you probably'd think she's OK. But because you know all the stuff she has done in the past you assume she's a stupid blonde.

All your opinions are heavily biased on the actor's history. If you didn't know all those things about her, you probably'd think she's OK.

 

I've been ignoring everything said about her past on account of hearsay, and I have not wasted any of my own time looking up this actress.

 

However, she looks like a dumb blonde to me (or man in a wig... I can see Saracen's point from that particular shot of her).

Meh, id rather have Kari Wuhrer honestly. For one shes a hella lot hotter then this man in a blonde wig they highered...do they really think they can fool us!! Lol

 

But seriously it doesnt matter to me, Tanya in RA2 was all about kicking ass and takeing names, and every now and they a near boob shot from her leaning to far over. I doubt Jenny will be any different. Tanya's always been the sexy commando thatll kick your ass, no matter what hot chick they decide to bring in....as long as its a hot CHICK and not a man in a blonde wig >_>

Let me just say that my "man in a wig" comment was intended as more tongue-in-cheek humour than anything else. In some ways it's deliberate sarcasm, in another way, I really do think she looks like a man in a wig!

 

But to me, I couldn't care less who plays Tanya, so long as Jenny McCarthy can act the role well and do the character justice then I'm happy. The same goes for all the actors and actresses. Sure the movies and acting can (and will) be cheesy..... But, so long as it's good quality cheese, then I won't go nuts over the issue.

Jenny is MTv pop, slutty, and spoiled blonde, and no way in any form and fashion convincingly close to a Tanya.

They complained Wuhrer was too old for part... but McCarthy is 10 years past the role, I like the Soviet covert operator, I think she would make a better Tanya in my own opinion.

 

I mean... look at her...
