Keyamoon has created what he has called the Red Alert 3 Compendium. At first glance its just a tech tree of all the units in Red Alert 3, but its loaded with all the statistics for every unit in the game. Its really well designed and cleverly presented.

It wouldn't be that hard to add weapon ranges too. Maybe I do that in the near future... Editing the numbers is as easy as editing some xml files, if necessary.
