On to revision 2... a CCConfig string (so you can translate it too, Pichorra... and Traymen and Devils)

Does that means I don't have to ? :P

I specifically said "TOO", meaning, besides the guys normally translating stuff in this thread (AlexB and you) they can also do it :P

I got a specific problem for Polish... the string for centered_duplicate; "Środkowy (podwójny rozmiar jeżeli możliwy)" is too long. Could it be shortened to something like "Środkowy (2x rozmiar jeżeli możliwy)"?

 

Oh, another new string, for everyone:

 

skirmish_opponents=Opponents in Skirmish

 

In the setup tool, this is a number that can be changed to any value from 1 to 5, so the actual meaning is "number of opponents in Skirmish" :)

For the new readme:

 

External addons / fixes:

* Updated CCConfig to set compatibility mode on C&C95.exe when CnC-DDraw is disabled

* CCConfig now allows disabling the "Back Buffer in Video Memory" option if CnC-DDraw is enabled.

 

Code updates:

* A bug has been fixed that messed up the players detection in multiplayer maps for languages other than english

* A bug preventing mods from loading their own custom music, rules and mouse cursor files has been fixed

* The first letter of the side prefix added before missions in the New Missions menu is no longer used to determine whether the chosen mission is GDI or Nod.

* Added SkirmishPlayers=[1-5] key in conquer.ini

* The 'UseCreditsMusic' key now works correctly

 

Graphics updates:

* The last frame of the SSM Launcher's turret graphics without missiles is now coloured to house colour correctly.

Mise à jour du code :

* Correction d'un bug qui gênait la détection des joueurs sur les cartes multijoueurs dans les langues autre que anglais

* Correction d'un bug qui empêchait les mods de charger les fichiers de leurs propres musiques, règles et curseurs de souris personnalisés

* La première lettre du préfixe de faction ajouté devant les missions dans le menu "Nouvelles missions" n'est plus utilisée pour déterminer si la mission choisie est GDI ou Nod.

* Ajout du paramètre SkirmishPlayers=[1-5] dans conquer.ini (nombre de joueurs en escarmouche de1 à 5)

* Le paramètre 'UseCreditsMusic' (utiliser la musique du générique) fonctionne maintenant correctement

 

Mise à jour graphique :

* La dernière image d'animation de la tourelle du lanceur SSM sans missiles correspond maintenant bien à la couleur de la faction.

* Einstellung SkirmishPlayers=[1-5] zu conquer.ini hinzugefügt

* Die Einstellung 'UseCreditsMusic' funktioniert jetzt richtig

* Das letzte Einzelbild der Turmgrafik des Nod-Raketenwerfers ohne Raketen wird nun in der richtigen Hausfarbe dargestellt.

Hm, I dunno. For now I'm just not including a translation; that leaves it in English. If any Spanish guy mails me about it, I'll send him the file to translate :P

 

One more (in fact, probably the last one) for the readme file guys:

 

You can change the number of opponents in skirmish games in the CCConfig tool, in the Multiplayer section.

Perhaps Portuguese and Spanish are similar enough so an automatic translation to Spanish would temporary suffice.

 

Portuguese to spanish got a lot of false friends. I've saw a lot miss-understeanded spanish words that can cause confusions.

I'd never use pure machine translations in any part of the patch anyway. It's worse than just keeping it English IMO.
