Over on GameSpot you can vote in their series of polls to find Gamings All Time Greatest Game Sidekick. The crazy mad scientist himself, Albert Einstein from Red Alert 3 is up against Falco from Star Fox Command. Although Einstein's appearance in Red Alert 3 is brief at best, he is more involved in Red Alert 2. Blame GameSpot, their mistake.

I think Gamespot got the wrong Red Alert game for this character. Albert Einstein was involved mostly in RA2 and Yuri's Revenge. He was also in RA1.

Well it's a stunner. Einstein won against Yoshi 50.6% to 49.4%. That's way too close to call.

As for the latest update, Einstein beat Clank with a 57.6% voting. Now in round 4, he's leading against HK-47 with a 63% voting.

 

The last time Gamespot had a voting poll on who's the best animated hero in all of video consoles. Many people agreed it was Gordon Freeman over Mario. Now there's a fair possibility the all time greatest sidekick just might be Alyx Vance. Alyx Vance is now trailing Dogmeat 66% to 34%.

The fact that they have RA3 in the description seems to me like a bad choice, since Einstein was much more presented in RA2.
