I wouldn't say that any of them are useless.... they all have strong and weak points. I for one think that Tanya is the best, but think that Boris is awesome as well. He can really tear through tanks with that AK. Yuri has always been a bit too strange for me...

Yuri is useless unless backed up. So he can't really go it lone wolf.

 

Though Boris and Tanya can... Boris can a little better since he can shoot tanks. Unlike Tanya who has to run up to em' and plant C4... Though she can swim...

 

In the end I reckon Boris is better cause he can shoot **** up. Instead of C4ing everything....

But that scenario never happens in the game, does it? Does Yuri Prime have that mind blast defense? That would be how he could defend himself against Boris maybe, but Tanya would kill him before he had the chance.

I said they died fatigued.....it's only a joke anyway Yuri ofcourse can't kill them without support. That's his weakness. But, as I said before, it's impossible that there is only three of them in a war, there must be other mind-contorolable units. There is always a way to solve problem.

Nope. I've used Tanya to sneak into a base and blast everything she can b4 she gets killed. Then commence with a main attack.

Until he stabs them in the back a third of the way through Red Alert. That 'the commander is a traitor to the Soviet cause' rethoric he spouts in Yuri's Revenge I am sure is just to sway those under his command. The most loyal Soviet character I can think of is probably Zofia.

Well, I think that Yuri's nationalism to the Soviet is higher than Romanov or Zofia. The reason he betray Romanov is becuase he thinks that Romanov isn't powerfull enough to rebuild the Soviet empire.

I'm thinking that they were all had a pretty strong sense of nationalism for their country... however, in the spirit of the historical communist Russian leaders, their focus was their own personal power. If Yuri were truly in it for Russia, why would he try to mind control the entire planet and put them all under his power?
