Of course you were. Let me rephrase. Do we or do we not accept that we cannot make jokes about bombs or hijackers on planes? Yes? The same principle here...no one is denying freedom of speech, but what is encouraged is that people consider the right for others not to be hurt or offended by comments they make. Not just for the sake of the other members, but for their own. There are message boards out there where ripping into each other is deemed acceptable, but for the most part it is not. Now no one here has done anything that would remotely get them into trouble, but if people made comments like Maddox does they would not last very long, and it is because of the consideration of others that we have such guidelines.
