Make FireFox Faster!

I was browsing the other day and came across this is the Unleashed forums.

 

Any broadband users using Firefox should really check out http://devnulled.com/archives/2004/12/how_...efox_faster.php. It speeds up firefox by a long shot. It makes pages load much much faster.

 

It actually does work, I've tried it.

I don't like Firefox because it doesn't work good with sites like Gamespot. The pictures would flash repeatedly in a place it wasn't supposed to be. So, I don't use it.

Yeah it has problems with java script and that. But its still alright.

It does make browsing much faster, but it's for BB users only.

Gamespot does cause images to randomly flash about when the homepage loads for the first time, but after that it doesn't.

I think it's something to do with the way they render pages; Firefox does it as it recieves the code whereas IE waits till it's got everything then renders the page.

Gamespot has a suck-ass layout neway.

firefox builds pages according to the HTML guidelines, IE does not
