BWare 0 Posted November 25, 2005 If you don't blow yourself up Bware, I'll be impressed.... This will be the 8th one of these I've done... and so far no injuries, burnings, property destruction, or legal problems of any kind! I'm pretty amazed by that myself  Plus, we fill that thing with home made napalm, fireworks, aerosol cans, 2 liter bottles filled with gas, kero dust.... you know, anything that explodes. The initial explosion is really incredible...... Share this post Link to post

Well, its a nice 40 degree day here in North Carolina Share this post Link to post
BWare 0 Posted November 26, 2005 ....just got back from setting that sucker off. The pile was about twice as large as the pic I submitted earlier, and laced with several dozen 3 stage mortar fireworks (the BIG ones), plus about 10 gallons of gasoline. To keep it going, I tossed in 2 liters filled with gas and punch a hole in them with my BB rifle. BOOOOOM. Hopefully I have some good pics of the initial explosion (it was EPIC), and maybe some video too! Some friends took care of that, and they will be emailing me the pics and video. I'll upload what I get  Share this post Link to post
Acerz492 1 Posted November 26, 2005 While I agree that must've been an epic explosion, one eventually comes to wonder as to why there is the so-called "Petrol Crisis" at the moment. 10 gallons could've been enough for my car for about a week, maybe. I'm not sure how the gallons -> litres conversion works. Anyways, do post images and video! Share this post Link to post
Cygnus X-1 13 Posted November 27, 2005 *runs in room with torch in hand and back alight in flames* and why wasnt I invited tho this !! BWare i am coming down there this summer to do one of these ! due that would be friggin sweet to see. I have only done somethign similar to that once. Took a 55 gallon drum and with help from my uncle and 2 neighbors, filled it with all maner of dry pine, pieces of broken furniture, and about $500 worth of fireworks, plus a few cans of oil and gas. then made a fuse about 5 feet long, lit and ran. wonderful thing to see. anywho, today it was raining. And I was up on an aluminum ladder putting up lit Christmas lights. On metal gutters. Share this post Link to post
