Cygnus X-1 12 Posted January 1, 2006 73 F breezy, overcast with a few holes here and there for the sun to get through, The clouds prepare for battleIn the dark and brooding silence Bruised and sullen storm clouds Have the light of day obscured Looming low and ominous In twilight premature Thunder heads are rumbling In a distant overture... All at once, the clouds are parted Light streams down in bright unbroken beams... Follow men's eyes as they look to the skies The shifting shafts of shining weave the fabric of their dreams... Riparius 0 Posted February 3, 2006 WHAT LANGUAGE ARE YOU SPEAKING? It's English when I last checked it, with European standards [we don't do that fahrenheit stuff here  ] Meh... forgot to write about weather, but it's getting colder and colder Share this post Link to post
BWare 0 Posted February 3, 2006 "That fahrenheit stuff" is a perfectly good system. Besides, I was just messing with you. Today is bizarre... there's a massive cold front moving through the entire peninsula of Florida, and it's causing total cloud cover, constant rain, and the threat of violent thunderstorms (lightning, hail, tornadoes, etc) We're under a tornado watch right now.
