Sonic 295 Posted July 13, 2006 Erm, he sucks as a drummer... In your opinion he probably does, but I can't see what your basing that on. In a lot of the earlier Metallica stuff Lars' drum tracks are rather complex for many of the classic songs, fast forward to St Anger they are much more simpilfied. He can still the complex stuff when performing live. Lars is no different to any other drummer in any other rock/metal band. He is just more out spoken and up front thats all. Superior.
