Playing Battle for Middle Earth & Armies of Exigo.

 

2 RTS games which I purchased in the EALA shop.

 

Only got BfME cos somehow I've been converted by the impressive display put on by EA for BfME 2. So I thought I'd get it and see how it spawned it's own community out of C&C community players who just gave up on the rest of us... while it's different, it doesn't stand up to Generals.

 

Although Armies of Exigo did not receive great reviews, it's reminisant of a 1999 RTS which copies heavily from WarCraft 3 and BfME. myself being a Hardcore RTS gamer did not know of this beforehand, but got it anyway... and what I've played so far is quite good, even if it has absolutely nothing new or orginal in it whatsoever.

 

I'd just like to add, no matter what I saw in BfME2, I will not be covering it in any way on CNCNZ's main page, and I will not be creating a web-site for it.. But as I said , I'm a hardcore RTS gamer... any RTS gets me very intrigued... but none so much as Empire -At-War... which will be a very big threat to BfME 2... and EALA have admitted that EaW is the biggest threat to BfME2

You see MadBadger I have on of these strange things called a social life... Which disables me from playing games non stop....

 

That Falken is a sweet plane though... Specially in the last mission. I think its like 4 hits and its all over... Lot easier than chasing that big hunk of junk and blasting it like 30 times...

First time I played through the game I was in the A-10 for the 8492 mission.. I didn't know what to do so just started shooting planes down.. Gees that was hard in that piece of junk....

 

Fun though.

Well I would but those planes go to damn quick and I never get close enough to open fire...

 

Most annoying mission would have to be the one after it when you fly round that island.. Its just so boring.. I soo wanted to just go take out those F15s.... I'd go kamazie on their asses..
