Yes it is. I got the game months ago. It was cheap, something like $15.

Hit the Print Screen key on your keyboard, this creates an image of your desktop and copies it to the Windows clipboard. Open an image editing program and paste it in there. Save it as a JPG image.

You do this:

 

1) Get image

2) Go to image upload site and upload image.

3) Get url of image address.

4) And do this:

 

[IMG=http://www.imageshack.us/img34/luk3usRulzPicture.jpg]

 

Its important there are no spaces whatsoever.

 

Then the picture will magically appear.
