Tornadoes = devastation. Gone one second, here the next, winds of up to nearly 400MPH. Hail stones the size of grapefruit. Lightning so frequent you could read the news paper by it. Can last for seconds or hours. can travel 2 kilometers or 200.

What was the strongest tornado? What is the highest wind speed in a tornado? Nobody knows. Tornado wind speeds have only been directly recorded in the weaker ones, because strong and violent tornadoes destroy weather instruments. Mobile Doppler radars such as the OU Doppler on Wheels have remotely sensed tornado wind speeds above ground level as high as 318 mph (3 May 1999 near Bridge Creek OK) -- the highest winds ever found near earth's surface by any means. you ever go boar hunting out in Texas ? I stayed with my uncle (near Austin, but not too close) for 2 weeks a few years ago, we went Boar hunting. I actually hit one in the side with the 50 cal, but the blasted things are tough as kelvar, and slightly faster :wink:

i had FFA with tsbo and new guy last night. I coulda killed tsbo if i had brought in my tanks after my gats killed all his migs and helixes....but no, we were so busy killing each other that the other guy got so many laser tanks.

 

so then we decided to gang up on him. we wiped him out, but at last minute, he sent whole force of laser tanks into my base and knocked out all my money makers.....then tsbo fnished me off......

 

i shoulda artillleryed that area vwith the tanks, i saw the tanks with sathack....but i went for his airfields instead....

No, I had you DOWN for the count(Remember the helixes? I used Acerz strategy because I saw you had no anti-air, even after my first wave of helixes! LOL), but then that other guy worried me, and I knew you were weak to strike back, and I knew you would dare too anyways. I always had my eye on your GeneralZ. (Thats why I bombarded your base often to keep your funds down even after we teamed up on him)

 

I knocked your money off. Remember, I got all my troops out my helixes before you killed them.
