I'm only getting a 360 and a Wii anyway. I didn't need this video to convince me that the PS3 is going to be an overrated, overpriced piece of sh*t.

If I had money, I'd get the 360. But being the Nintendo fanboy with small pockets I am, I'm going for the POS Wii. Something inside me makes me need to buy it, even though I think it'll be ****ty.

Sony have Kinda lost the plot a little recently in terms of it's corporate strategies. I kinda think that they believe the PS3 will make em invincable. Competition is still rife in the next gen wars and it's struck me that they have build this mammoth machine thinking it's the hardware to end things before they've even started. WRONG!

 

Beside me I have my PSP, I'm happy and content with it. It provides me with the console gaming I want and nothing will change that. As far as the PS3 goes, maybe if it halves in price I will snap one up, but it's still alot of money to pay. I doubt I'll be getting one until at least 2009.

So Luk3us are your prepared to shell out $1200 NZ dollars when the PS3 arrives in NZ are you? Then another $100 to $130 for MGS4, add on another $100 to $130 for RE5 as well....

 

Even the Xbox 360 games are overpriced. For example, at GPStore here in NZ you can buy the new X-Men 3 game on Xbox 360 for NZ$109.95, on Xbox or PS2 for NZ$89.95 but for only NZ$29.95 on PC. Look here http://www.gpstore.co.nz/Search/?a=games&q=X-Men+III

Also, what is the difference between the xbox version and the xbox 360 version, aside from grahpics, that justifies an addition $20 bucks anyway? Pff...

I have no plans to buy X-Men 3, I just used it as an example.

 

I never buy games based on movies that get released so close to each other because the games are usually rushed jobs to cash in.
