As I type this 2006 is quickly coming to an end for New Zealander's, while we live in the future for one extra day the rest of the world will have to wait. And what a year it has been. We can all look back on 2006 as the year that we finally saw Command & Conquer return to where it should be, on top. Back on April 20th 2006 EA finally confirmed the news that we had been waiting for, Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars was officially announced. And for the past nine months it's been the biggest talking point for everyone in the community.

 

2006 was also a very eventful year for CNCNZ.com, we went through 2 new layouts, we had an increase in visitors, thanks to C&C 3 becoming a reality. We introduced and/or relaunched some new features, what other site in this community gives you a regular podcast?

Thats not to say we didn't have some bad luck and rough times along the way though.

 

And now with 2007 on the horizon things can only improve. 2007 is a year where we return to the original C&C franchise that is the Tiberian universe, a year where the true RTS king goes back on it's throne. So strap yourselves in, the 3rd Tiberium War is about begin.
