Guest Rabbit Posted April 26, 2007 I took a look at a few of them, but didn't have time to read them all. I think the first one is actually quite funny itself. Share this post Link to post

TheRoadToDawn 0 Posted May 21, 2007 Ah the good old C&C gameboy game. Got all three of them. Good to see them in a comic. Whoever did this did a great job. Share this post Link to post
TheRoadToDawn 0 Posted May 22, 2007 It is Advance Wars. Its the only military RTS game on the market for gameboy adv and DS. Its similar to C&C in many ways. *Its C&C chess, each side has his/her turn. *Game composed of mulitple factions, each with a variety of commanders containing multiple ability and powers that have CRITICAL effects on the battlefield. Some can summon tidal waves, meteors, funding for thier armies, snow storms, enhance thier units powers, and heal thier units as superweapons. *You have to destroy your enemy just like C&C. *You capture cities for funding, like tech structures, enemy factories, ports, and airfields for more unit production, and if you capture a missle launching site, you can fire a missle at an opponent. *You build up your armies and kick a**. *Multiplayer compatable. *On campaign mode you must complete CRITICAL obj sometime within a certain time limit or within the best of your abilities. *Do better on the campaign mode and you earn more credits to buy maps and more commanders (you start out with the first faction's basic commanders and earn up). *Terrian (mountians, rivers, urban, roads, trees, and fields) also plays a CRITICAL difference in the game, making you think of where to put your units. On advance wars 2 and 3, there are actually volcanoes that hamper your units hard. *There is Fog Of War. *Multiple variety of units, aircraft, and naval units in the game. Go here to see units and to check out the stats of the game. Advance Wars: http://www.advancewars.com/ Fan Site containing lots of info: http://www.advancewarsnet.com Sprite Page (see the units and commanders): http://www.spriters-resource.com/nintendo/other/advwars/ In my opinion: If you got the gameboys (GBA and a DS), the money, and MOST importantly, the time (ITS GONNA TAKE A WHILE), then go buy ADVANCE WARS, ADVANCE WARS 2, AND ADVANCE WARS DS. It is the ultimate C&C-like game out there for any portable hand held game system!!! Share this post Link to post
Alphabear 11 Posted May 22, 2007 Still just because its a strategy game doesnt mean its a C&C game. Share this post Link to post
TheRoadToDawn 0 Posted May 22, 2007 Not saying its C&C, but it is awfully close. Share this post Link to post
