what are your resolutions for 2008?

 

I think it would be interesting to find out everyones new years resolutions

 

-mine is try to complete the C&C collection of all the games and keep it up-to-date.

Nah. Making resolutions on new year isn't that good. Just change as you go through the year. :wink:

I suppose I could try and take half an interest in C&C again, if only for the "Tiberium" (Whatta gay name!) First Person Shooter. Renegade was good in my opinion, and with the Crytek 2 engine powering this thing, I am certainly interested to see how it's utilised.

 

So yeah number 1 is to get interested in C&C again even though the original Legacy and story has been butchered to a painful death.

 

Number 2? Probably to drink less alcohol... I swear I'm a borderline alcoholic

 

Number 3? Smoke Less. Hell maybe even attempt to quit. But the new year isn't going to put me in good stead considering I still have loads of tobacco and a $50 cigar sitting in my drawer that I got for Xmas

 

And finally... Put some more work into CNCNZ and Petro-Gamers. Since I've come back online I haven't really done much... although I am in the process of playing Universe at War to review it for Petro-gamers. (Good game kids!)

-Start at highschool and get some educations.

well, not really resolutions, but my list of games to get:

 

Spore

Pirates of the Burning Seas (Carribean 17th century MMORPG)

Tiberium (whenever it comes out, haven't checked)

Perhaps Medieval Total War: 2

nothing maybe get better grades so I can actually use my computer this and play more physical hockey but that's about it

I want to get myself into a better job or back to school, get a new truck and just manage my money better. And I'm eating a little better already so that's not a concern... though I should exercise more.

Hmm.... Things I'd like to do this year,

 

1) Buy a new car... Hmm, OK, not a resolution, more like a damned requirement.

 

2) Finish off my degree, and get a job or some contract work to hold me over till the new year

4) Play Rugby again, I slacked off this year, but really need to get back into it this year... We shall see.
