Yeah that thread. I wonder if Telecom are putting users on static IPs by default now, because my IP hasn't changed in a long time, rebooting my modem won't change it anymore (neither will leaving it off for a while). Flushing was one of the first things I tried.

Someone on GP who is on Telecom and in the same IP range as me is experiencing the problem too, so it must be ISP related.
