I'd have to say either the Kirov’s or the British sniper. A couple of snipers at a bottle neck and no infantry are going to get threw, they're also good for taking out dogs so you can get your spies in to take down the power before an attack!

I think the best RA2 unit was the kirov, but in YR, I like the battle fortress. Put Tanya, a seal, and three chrono Legionaires in there and it's very deadly.

Indeed, it is ridiculous that they can accidently kill a conyard, and since they do 200% damage to all buildings, it's no wonder.

Naturally. Problem is though that the V3 can't even hit units and its missiles can be shot down. Quite unfair tbh.
