CommandCom Comes to an End

Recommended Posts

It has been an eventful three days, and now CommandCom has officially come to a close. All the attendees and EALA team are now making their long journeys home. By all accounts CommandCom was a raging success. I kind of expected to hear some more information that we got to be honest. In the end the biggest news of the entire weekend was probably the revealing of Tiberian Twilight as the subtitle name for Command & Conquer 4.

Look for a full CommandCom trip report from our representative, Koen, to be posted soon here at CNCNZ.com.

Yeap, it is fast, and I also wonder if the BCPT episode will take place over there or probably back in the studio. My guess is back into the studio, and APOC is at past scene rather than as live video. That's my opinion when it comes to the magics of video editing.

I'm back home now. But I will need a few days to catch up. I'm thinking about having three parts:

- the trip

- C&C4, the game

- deleted scenes (yeah, that does sound mysterious, its just a fun thing)

I've actually written down most of part 2 right now... hmm. Maybe the order is wrong

CommandCOM was a raging success indeed. Check out this amazing photo of almost all the attendees.

The first true world-wide CnC community event has come to a close, but let me tell you, this is just the beginning truly. All 100 guests have LOADS and LOADS of new info that they will be sharing this week, no doubt. They got to play single-player, multi-player, watch design and fiction presentations. They know more than anyone else and WILL be allowed to share every last detail. Infact, they can share right now or on our CommanCOM blog.

I'm not going to lie, I like being honest about my feelings. Having planned and witbnessing this epic event in the last two days, it ignited my passion for this community ten-fold and it really felt like a family gathering of CnC hardcore fans.

I can't wait for them to start sharing their details, thoughts, and opinions.

Stay tuned, there is much to come. Tiberian Twilight was hardly the biggest thing, you guys will get a TON of info. Lets go Koen! =)

BTW, thanks for the friendly PM Commander A9 (wink)

I also hope it promises something to keep the fans happy rather than get them boiled over their rage.

Koen has given me a summary of the info he has, pics, some video. It will take a while to sort through but we get what we can up on the main site. Plenty of good stuff to come, as APOC mentioned above :)

Interesting...

(I notice they are sticking with bottom bar so far.)

But I like this image. I wonder how they chose the order of images... I can't work out the order.

Sweet stuff. The pics are great, and I'm wondering if the fans commented on the bottombar issues.

I also wonder of that too, but seriously, I also forgot to send my question to Koen about this, what kind of Special Editions we're going to get? Forgot to tell him, oh darn it!

I hope APOC gets the idea of what we're trying to say, even though I may had dwindle down my interest on the franchise, I would love to see you all get great special edition goodies rather than those worthless & stingy downloadables.

Its a non-issue for me, bottom bar or side bar makes no difference. Perhaps Koen will cover this in the articles.
