I naturally dislike mechs, but I prefer this design over what EA pumped out.

The reason why I chose a mech over a tank, is that Nod needs a direct counter to the Mammoth Tank in TA. A large tank wouldn't be agile, and thus noddy enough, while a mech does that just fine.

Well I like juggies, but not in the context you use them. No all walkers are stupid, they have two or three very obvious weakpoints, and if movies are to be believed can be dispatched by two kids and a bit of wire! lol.

If Physics is to be believed, that Wire would snap under multiple tons of steel impacting it at quite some speed.

 

And Tanks too have some very obvious weak points. The most popular being the top of the turret, and between the turret and the body.

honestly these things look like cheap toys and not at all like multi ton war machines, especially the powerplant...
