It's about the US Air Force making preparations to build a Microwave Weapon. Which will basically says... Heavy, inefficient generators have been a hurdle to the development of airborne microwave weapons, which create a disabling burning sensation. Microwaves could be used to control large groups of enemy fighters without killing them or disable electronics-dependent enemy weapons, said Philip Coyle, senior adviser for the Center for Defense Information. Ouch! So say if you're a bloke facing the US forces and you smell KFC in the air, it's not that, its you and half you're comrade's being turned into a microwavable meal for cannibals...
