This news should piss Microsoft and Bungie off. Halo 2 has been leaked.

Responding to news of the leaked version - which has been circulating in various illegal channels since yesterday - the developer said, "It would seem that the French PAL version of the game has surfaced on the Internet." As for its origins: "This is almost positively the work of some jerk in the manufacturing plant who pocketed the game as it is being printed in mass for world release on the 9th of November," the update concluded.

As for Halo 2, as luk3us says.. oh well, s**t happens... I don't care anyway, haven't got an X-BOX and won't plan to buy it on the PC when it's converted, so why I bothered posting in this thread is unknown.

Unless covenant is used as a surname that sentance is completly out of syntax with the rest of the sentence..

 

What in fact the sentence should reside as is:

Excuse me.. By formal agreement I've come to collect your Maintenance...

 

Therefore it is a sentence about paying monies, as apposed to killing somebody... :wink:

In other San Andreas news, reports are circulating that the game has suffered a similar fate to Half-Life 2 and Halo 2, with the code being leaked on to the internet. The game's name has appeared on file sharing sites and, after getting in touch with Rockstar this morning, it appears there is substance to the story.

 

When we spoke to them today, Rockstar declined to comment on the matter although we're currently waiting for an official statement from them. As soon as the official word comes down to gamesradar.com, we'll put you in the know.

It will definately be on the PC... al this "exclusive" rubbish and "Only on the X-Box" is a load of X-Box (good word to cover up swearing ) in itself....

 

They said Halo wouldn't be on the PC, Metal gear Solid 1 & 2 were supposed to only be on the Playstations, but have found their way on to the PC and the other consoles... it's aload of X-Box (hey this is catching on )

C&c King hes used the term covenat as they are the enemy in the halo universe.

 

On regards of the leak I dont see it harming the at sales though as its the French version and the fact the main focus has been the online multiplayer modes which you can play using a pirate as Microsoft can detect peoeple who use modchips while Xbox live. The main harm probly will be from people who download it and spoil the story of the game through the net.
