And best of all, they still have a full year before it is going to be released, while Generals was made in around 18 months. And Petro has already been on it for a year, so that'll be 24 months of dev time

2.5 to 3 definately. Besides it aparently has no title, so they're not that far along in dev yet, I'd expect it to take about a year after it gets a name.
