Easiest map

What is the easiest map to play on in skirmish mode or online? For me it has to be the Bay of Pigs, especially if you start at the top or bottom of the map. You have three oil derricks to start off with, plus at least four more in a group you can easily reach and defend. There is only one way in and out and defending it is a breeze. Because you play on an island you can use naval forces to annihilate your opponent.

Its a pretty easy map to play, but probably not my favorite. Besides, are we talking about All C&C maps, or just RA2? I think I like some of the TS/FS maps better, seeing as how RA2 doesnt have mutants, creatures, veinholes, Ion Storms, and all the tiberium based life forms.

Well you could include another map if you want to if there is one you like better, or think is easier to keep in topic. My favourite maps would be dense urban sprawl, where you can use infantry to garrison buildings like mad. I mean dense: Built a couple of maps that was mostly roads with buildings side by side.

Be tough for tank rushes. That can be a good thing. Sometimes. Also slows down flyin' stuff 'cause its gota go over the buildings, and if it follows the road, it can say hello to all the IFVs, Guardian GIs, Flack stuff, and Apocs, or whatever is the days special.

Sure. Imitate street combat such as in Iraq or Somalia, though In had in mind more close in fighting such as Rainbow Six.

Personally dont like James bond. He gets away with too much.

 

What if in RA3 they brought back missions where you were in a building (like in RA) Then you could get house to house fighting. Sort of.

For sure. Hardly any secret agent would accomplish a Bond movie's worth of feats in a lifetime. For the same man (even when the actor changes the man is still the same James Bond. Roger Moore's Bond goes to visit the grave of his dead wife, who Bond married the only time George Lazenby took the role) to go over forty years and twenty films goes way beyond suspension of disbelief.

Back to maps, there is a RA map available (I think from raafraid.org) that is called "The Hills Have Eyes" In the middle of the map there is an extensive civilian village that is "heavily fortified" and the civilians have a few, shall we say, "priveledged" among them. They are also red on the radar, so dont be red. (darn)

If you follow his storyline hes like, 60 years old. And nobody is that good. Not nobody not nohow. Even if its just a movie.

 

Maybe he could train an apprentice, or see the rise of someonelse, superspy. By the way, what he does is more like oneman specops missions where the lone opperative gets $1,000,000,000,000 worth of equipment. And he happens to be a ladies man.

The whole story is completely ridiculous and unrealistic, but that's part of the fun of it. You aren't supposed to do that much thinking while watching a Bond movie. They're just entertaining! :wink:

Its gets kinda old though. (dont tell me if I dont like 'em, dont watch 'em.) Someone says a new JB movie, and I say, yeah, he goes in, gets captured, makes a darring escape, then they throw some lady in bed with him, The End.

You have to admit, the stuff that he gets given is pretty cool. Hell, who wouldn't like a car that has anti-tank missles or whatever packed into it :roll: Too unrealistic I think. Bond should die, or at least loose a leg that puts him outta commission. Or get eaten by Jaws :lol:

I like this small 2vs2 desert map that gives you reinforcements of a BF, two Tesla Troopers, two GGI's, and a Desolator. Only the once though Very useful however

Define easy. What manner of easy are we speaking? AI or human? If human, BoP is incredibly difficult.

Most maps are pretty easy with the AI. BoP against humans....when I get my RA2 online working (library not being up to date or something like that )

Yeah, there are oil derriks, but you are incredibly close to the enemy...

 

I think Hammer and sickle is easy for keeping enemies away, cause there are bridges to get to everyone, but hard for cash...
