I'm not about all hard rock... But there's nothing wrong with it. Though I do have a collection of old rock classics. Though hearing music of that era is an everyday event for me at work. Some of it sucks, Some of it will play on forever. Some scores from games and anime are also good. Everybody has their own tastes.

I ask this same question about half the songs when st anger and some kind of monster was released. Heard that track as well. Yes, it sucks.

There is nothing wrong with St. Anger or Some Kind of Monster. Just because its different to old Metallica stuff people think it sucks. Personally I think some of the songs on St. Anger are some of their best.

Sometimes change is good. IMO with Metallica it was bad. But the big thing that bugged me about Some Kind of Monster was the album cover... it looked like a two year old did it. I mean look at the awesome covers they have done and then look at that one. Must be the little things for me.

I think your confused about the album name, its called St Anger. The cover is my avatar. If you fold out the St Anger CD case it has some clever artwork, well my legal copy does anyway.

 

 

Some Kind of Monster is track 3 on the St Anger album and is also the name of the Metallica DVD. Or you may have seen this Some Kind of Monster CD that goes with the release of the DVD movie.
