Un-freaking-believable

Recommended Posts

Well, only 2 days into the week and it's shaping up to be quite the ****storm.

Monday began this wondrous week with incredibly filthy vehicles all over the lot. I swear, there had to have been 4 inches of dirt and mud on every ****ing vehicle we had to do... Hondas, Chrysler Financials, the Amercredits. ****ing EVERYTHING! It normally takes us about 50 minutes to burn through about 160 Financials... took us 3 hours yesterday. THREE ****ING HOURS! And even then, they still looked like ****. Me, my brother and our friend had to go back after lunch to clean the windows and wipe off the bumpers. Not fun especially considering the boss was out yesterday and it's hot as ****. The boss calls, pulls us off cleaning the GMAC Remarkets so we can finish the Fleet & Lease lane. ****ing 200 of those to do... started at 4:30 and didn't leave until 6:****ing-30. And we didn't finish everything we needed to do... An eight hour day that went on for 11 and a half hours. I still can't believe that ****.

Tuesday... well, today wasn't nearly as bad but it was still ****ing crap. Tuesday mornings are always a cluster **** and today was no exception... however, instead of 70 people, it was more like only 40. We had all of the Consignment cars to do: the A lane through the E lane... so about 400 vehicles or thereabouts. Couldn't even do all of those without some cocksucker bitching at us to go do their ****ing cars. It's like, WE'RE NOT DONE YET, ASSHOLE! At least most of the dealer cars were pretty clean so we didn't have to **** with as many as we could have... not to mention, my boss will assign me a section to look through to find dirty ones, which I get to drive to the wash truck. That's always, especially when you get sweet cars like the Acura TL and Caddies of course. After that, the Factory cars went swimmingly, no interruptions or problems there. Barring the morning cluster **** today wasn't so bad... until I was almost home.

As some of you may know, I drive a 1994 Dodge Caravan with a stylish red back hatch. We bought it used way back in 1995, and we've never had a front license plate mounted on it. So, that van has been driven for 11 years without any cops stopping us for it. Only once had it come into question but that was years ago, before we moved and before I started driving it. Apparently, some dumb asses had peeled the renewal stickers off of our plate so it looked like ours was out of date, which wasn't true.

Anyway, as I'm driving up a side street to pull onto the main road, I pass a cop. Nothing unusual there, happens quite often in our town. This time, he turned around and got behind me in the turn lane. I thought no way he's pulling me over... no way. I turn and on go the ****er's lights. I pull over, unsure of why he's stopping me. He asks if I know and respond truthfully with a no. His response: front license plate. Now, I DO have a front plate, it's just in the van. I even showed it to the guy but that didn't deter him. I was all like, "Mother****er! Only been driving the car for 5 years and now he decides to give me a ticket. ****ing hell." I was none too happy, as you can tell. This ruined my entire day.

The highlights of my week: my boss owes me $20 and I got to drive a Chevy 454 SS around the lot.

Get a tech job, man. There's still assholes there, but not the manual labor :P

The manual labor doesn't really bother me... the stupid people ****ing everything up, however, do bother me.

Exactly!

Customers, bosses and anyone else for that matter think they can treat you like a bum. Some of the hardest working people in the world become doormats and get no appriciation for their hard graft.

Bad luck with the cop though dude. But really they should be chasing criminals, not mr Joe public who is totally law abiding. That really ticks me off when cops have nothing better to do.

Maybe there wasn't a crime going on, and following all the rules is good. You do have a point though, and since I always qoute Picard when I have a chance, I will: The line must me drawn HERE! What he did was a classic example of being too strict.

Work at a Liqour Store, Fenring.

Sooooo much more fun. :D

And cops are idiots like that over here too. My mate got himself a nice looking Nissan Skyline and we were driving up the main road of Papakura, and we turn down towards the local bank (I needed to grab some cash out) and suddenly, flashing lights, sirens, the lot.

Reason why he pulled us over?

We were going 1 km over the limit. And, of course, my mate, who's 20, with a beard and goatee, looks like he's 16, and he thought his FULL driver's licence looked both a) fake (because he's had it for like, four years) and B) Someone else's licence.

Un. ****ing. Believable.

Here's the kicker: A car thief nicked the car RIGHT IN FRONT OF US AND SPED OFF, with the cop not even noticing. Not only did he not notice, he ignored us TELLING HIM THAT THE THEIF HAD STOLEN A CAR RIGHT UNDER HIS NOSE.

 The human gene pool needs a good dose of chlorine.

radiation treatment, more like.

There is a highway that circumvents St. Louis, known as I-270.

Let me tell you something about stunk bikers and street racers. When they are racing, they're doing 140 mph down a friggin highway weaving in and out of traffic. The police on the subcounties with entry and exit ramps to the highway actually have a special division created just for catching these people. The cops use all sorts of impounded cars from bob knows where and supe these things up soo much.

I have actually seen a Ferrari in black and white with the lights inseide go blazing down a highway after 2 jokers.
