Sonic 295 Posted June 4, 2006 Thats freaky, I find the part most interesting that people their 20's can't here it. I didn't play that sound file for to long, I can't stand high pitch sounds like that. Reminds me of my Philips 25" TV that I sent for repair early last year, it kept making the most high pitched buzzing/ringing sound from the rear of the cabinet, but the Tech dude couldn't hear it at all, my Dad couldn't hear it either. They took the TV away for repair but one the "younger" service people had fix the problem. Because none of the other guys at the repair shop couldn't do it. The TV only lasted another 6 months after the high pitched buzzing/ringing sound was fixed, it burned out. The TV was only about 15 month old..... but thats another story. Cygnus X-1 12 Posted June 4, 2006 hehe I should give this a shot next school year. Of course, It'll need to be tested 'outside' of class, but when teachers are around....hmm.... Share this post Link to post

WhOIsInTeResTed InMyNaMe? 0 Posted June 4, 2006 if someone just want to make that anoying noise, and knows something of electronics just change the lamp with a speaker i've done it and my family was crazy  http://www.unicrom.com/cir_luzintermitentebajapot.asp Share this post Link to post
Guest Rabbit Posted June 4, 2006 Haha, that's pretty cool. I want to record that sound, and in class, use it to send secret messages through the classroom. We could use it for like, child morse code or something... Share this post Link to post
Cygnus X-1 12 Posted June 5, 2006 There are other ways to annoy the crap out of teachers. My personal favortie is when someone says something that, when taken out of context, could be put into a rather akward sexual one, I.E. "I worked all weekend, and she helped me" someone would mutter "20" only say it as "twentay". If people around you know how this works, its frggin hillarious when the teacher (or whoever) says something that could go wrong (when taken out of context) and you hear the quiet "twentay" from the backrow. Friggin great. Share this post Link to post
Saracen 16 Posted June 5, 2006 I didn't hear a goddamn thing. >_> Aye, part of the club, must be getting deaf in my old age Share this post Link to post
Alphabear 11 Posted June 5, 2006 I heard it, but then again i can hear alot of things. I nearly went crazy because of one of those high pitched things you plug into the power socket to drive away rodents. Took me half a day to figure out where it was comming from. Share this post Link to post
Luk3us 63 Posted June 5, 2006 I heard this crappy pitched sound. Kinda intersting, King and Beowulf didn't hear nothing... hehe... Can you guys hear the buzz from CRT monitors when the refresh rates aren't right? Share this post Link to post
