The Tiberian Dawn Redux mod for Generals: Zero Hour was updated to version 1.44 recently, and with that release, all campaign missions are finally present in the mod, after 10 years of development. Much attention was given to making the maps and missions as close to their 1995 originals as possible. Also included are balance changes and tweaks to fix some loose ends from the previous version. Download patch 1.44 by clicking here. If you're new to the mod, you'll need the full release of version 1.4 before patching, and optionally the cutscene pack.

After 10 years of tedious work and dedication, the C&C Tiberian Dawn Redux mod team is nearing completion of the complete remaster of the original GDI and Nod campaigns from the original Tiberian Dawn. The final campaign missions are slated for release this fall, along with balancing tweaks, revised coding and scripting edits to further polish the gameplay experience. There's been a lot of news in the Command & Conquer community to cover, so here's a quick overview of what's going on: CnCNet has reached a new milestone, with over 720 players connected at the same time Techraptor has posted an article giving a nice retrospective view on the Red Alert games The Tiberian Dawn Redux mod for Zero Hour has received patch 1.43, with eight new missions and some edited ones, as well as balancing and bugfixes Twisted Insurrection received two hotfix patches following its latest major release, 0.61 and 0.62 W3D Hub published a new update on Red Alert 2: Apocalypse Rising, showing off the Ore Purifier, the Tank Destroyer and Tanya's Sig Sauer pistol.   5. The second official patch for the C&C Tiberian Dawn Redux mod for Zero Hour has been released. Patch version 1.42 reworks some scripting issues with several single player missions and reduces overall game lag. Some skirmish and multiplayer maps have also been improved. A few minor unit and skirmish AI tweaks and updates have also been applied as well. You can learn more about this Zero Hour mod and find the patch download right here.
  6. About a week ago, version 1.4 of the C&C Tiberian Dawn Redux mod for Zero Hour was made available. Remember the original Command & Conquer? Remember all the units, characters and themes from the original C&C game? Remember the gritty feeling of RTS warfare? Well, that classic game from the early 90's that spawned over a dozen titles and revolutionized the RTS gaming world has been reincarnated in the advanced 3D world of Zero Hour. GDI and Nod are back along with two sub-factions and nearly two dozen recreated campaign missions! Version 1.4 includes the following.... General Gameplay Updates: Visual optimization to the in-game graphics Several vehicle and structure models reworked & re-textured Skirmish AI rebuilt and optimized for a better gameplay experience Skirmish AI utilizes more units and buildings Maps and single-player missions debugged/re-scripted Tiberium spawning optimized to avoid game lag/crashes Balance fixes to several units and buildings Harvester and MCV movement speed slightly increased Base Defense Armour/HP increased Optimized water and terrain textures APC's and Transport Helicopters can now heal infantry Engineers can disable & repair vehicles Harvesters now show empty/full states when harvesting tiberium FPS Controller added to the options menu You can also check out the great game play the video above that shows off a recreation of the first GDI mission from the original Command & Conquer.
