More Rumours About the Next Command & Conquer Game

Just over a week ago we posted the story about Command & Conquer: Arena, what is it, is the next C&C game? A few more rumours have surfaced again that suggest Command & Conquer 4 could actually be the next C&C game from EALA. A few people around the C&C community have done some detective work and found some resumes and bio pages that state they have done work on Command & Conquer 4, the Command & Conquer: Arena name also pops up again. Who knows... who knows... Although those guys seems to be concept artists, if I remember well that's the first thing done when making a new game, after the setting and the faction designs and gameplay, but the previous stuff needs only brian and paper.

Chances are slim on how EALA will work on C&C4 during RA3's development and the economic recession.

 

Perhaps C&C4 is a typo. Why wasn't EALA concentrated on their minds on Generals lately?

Jorge removed CnC4s entry, so I think we've got a possible candidate. Problem is, CnC: Arena is a possibility as well, and check out this:

I do not believe any evidence for a Generals 2. It would take no less than EALA officially announcing Generals 2 before I'd be convinced.

Harvard Bonin does work at EALA proven by this brief biography:

Fake or not fake, it's still possible we'll be seeing an announcement of Generals 2 coming soon, if not by the end of this month. C&C4 is definitely not it.

Sorry your incorrect. He doesn't work at EALA any more. According to http://www.linkedin.com/pub/0/3a0/b69 he is currently a Senior Producer at Sony Computer Entertainment of America. The links you posted are way out of date.

I agree. It's really dull and I stopped the video. It wasn't like I was listening to music. Kind of reminded me of how I felt about C&C3's soundtrack.

A theme for one of the main factions of a game should be strong, forceful, and loud. Not ambient.

Imho it sounds like a post-match loss song, and I dig it as such. Also, it has the vibe of a professional movie score, and there's nothing wrong with that.

I think more evidence points toward no Generals 2 than no Arena.
