I'm sorry, but although they are all real songs, you cannot beat what i believe to be the best soundtrack on a game ever!

 

Crack open Need for speed: underground..... the music on that rocks and suits the game perfectly by creating a mood that even Micheal Schumacher would be pleased to race to!

 

Oh NFS: underground 2 is in development and promises an even more wicked soundtrack!

Yea, the good thing about NFSU is you can disable the one crap song (I forget the name, but it's defualt menu music).

I like the music from this really old Gremelin Interactive (1996) game called "Normality" throughout the entire game it's esentuially the same tune, but different version for different areas of the game.

I also like the Sonic Music (from all games, including the latest ones).

well c&c king the songs on there do rock...but ONLY to you and others. not me. cant stand that rap but im not making fun of it because it is your opinion.anyway any1 know where to get one winged angel from ff7?

It's not all rap some of it is good quality rock music too and although i despise rap and prefer the rock/Metal genre of music i found that all the music including the odd drum n' base' & dance as well made quite a good selection overall

I'm not a fan of rap music either. The sad thing its used in one of my favourite games, NBA Live 2004, thankfully it can be turned off :wink:

The only music I ever actually liked in my life was c&c music, particularly the first one. Yes yes, I know, i'm very hard to please in the music category. My fave C&C songs r radio, on the prowl, warfare, act on instinct, hell march, a slew of the GLA songs, the USA main song, and a few TS songs.

What the hell? Where did this come from? And more importantly why haven't I posted in it? :x

 

 

Anyway back on topic. I dig all the MGS music. Though the main theme song for Snake Eater is like some cheesy James Bond rip off.

 

I also loved those old Sonic the Hedgehog tunes... They were soo cool.
