More Classic Command & Conquer Freeware Available
Sonic replied to Sonic's topic in Command & Conquer News
I'm in the stages of planning a new section for the alternative releases and versions of C&C games like PortableRA and OpenRA. I don't think we can host the actual download files though. But it will basically be a page like the Freeware Classic Command & Conquer Games page that's currently there.- 8 replies

Yeah I know all that. And I don't have cholesterol problem. But I found this Oat Milk contains other good things that I want to increase my intake of.

Command & Conquer Animated Movie or Series?
Sonic replied to PresAckerman's topic in C&C 2013 [Cancelled Game]
Anything that promotes the franchise in a positive way is good. However, due to the uncertain future of the C&C franchise right now some sort of movie is not really an option. The ball is in EA's court right now, we are just waiting to see if and when the bring C&C back. -
I've just introduced this into my diet the past couple of days. Vitasoy Oat Milk. Looks like milk, but of course it tastes different. I don't actually use much milk anyway, but a couple of glasses of Oat Milk should can only mean good things.

You should probably contact the mod developer and report the problem to them. Although something tells me the ProGen modders have most likely moved on and they no longer support it.

I've been lucky with my weight all my life. I've never had any massive gains or drastic losses. I do check it on the bathroom scales occasionally. I'm currently at 69kg. Like Luk3us I've only ever hit the booze socially, days like Christmas day. As I said before. Water is all I need. I can feel when I don't get enough water, I tend feel the muscles in my arms and legs cramping up on me. I believe its a sign of dehydration. When I increased my water intake that annoying pain disappeared. There are many benifits to drinking water. It softens your skins, cuts heal faster. Oh yeah its basically free. Unless you go to the movies and they want $5.70 for a 750ml bottle of water!

The CNC Minecraft team have done it again, with a complete 1:1 scale remake of the Islands map from C&C Renegade. They say its a bit of a tribute to Renegade X. Check it out in the video below. You can try this for yourself, visit the CNC Minecraft site for the download.

C&C: Online - New Online Service Progress Report
Sonic replied to Sonic's topic in Command & Conquer News
The reason we can't give all the details just yet or name every site who is involved is simply due to the fact they are not at the stage to make a formal announcement, only this teaser to spread the word that something is happening. I'm only operating under the details I was given. When we have more we will share it. It is essentially this. Think of how XWIS replaced WOL. This idea intend to replicate that.- 4 replies

The Renegade X team have been relativity silent since the release of Public Beta 2.0a back in March. But they are back with a status update. The team is still hard at work getting the next release ready. And fixing the annoying issues, such as the crashes, as well as creating fun new content to keep the game fresh. There is also a new screenshot featuring a look at the Complex map. Want some more Renegade X map updates? Catch up with the Making of Volcano video from a previous update. Visit the Renegade X site for more.

C&C Renegade Islands Map Rebuilt in Minecraft
Sonic replied to Sonic's topic in Command & Conquer News
Well Renegade did use GameSpy, but it was optional. Westwood Online was considered the primary way to play online. So it looks like gben's joke doesn't work to well there Now here's what bothers me about me about Minecraft. And this is no disrespect towards the CNC Minecraft guys. The only thing that looks good in the video is the sunlight and water effects, it makes everything else look a game from 1995. I understand that this is what Minecraft is and always been like, and its the gameplay that pulls people in, but I just don't see the appeal in playing it. -
The official June release of OpenRA has been made available for download. This another big release with a huge amount of changes. A video preview showcasing this new version has also been posted. A brief summary of the key changes are: Significant UI improvements for selecting mods, the game lobby, replays, and spectating. Dramatic load-time improvements. Beacons for signalling team-mates and observers, and viewing the status of support powers. Aircraft and helicopters can now attack-move, guard, and be guarded by ground units. Vehicle husks can now be destroyed or captured. The RA mod now includes the Phase transport and a new Soviet Hijacker infantry. The D2K mod now includes concrete, the Grenadier, and a collection of graphical improvements. The TD mod received a collection of balance improvements, and several new maps. Our Tiberian Sun mod saw significant development, but will not be ready for several more months. Visit the OpenRA site for the download.

Because Halo Wars doesn't include the Master Chief. Same reason why ODST and Reach are not in this collection. The Master Chief Collection is clearly design to sell new Xbox One consoles. Not PCs.

I read it to from start to finish and made sense of it.... in the words of Homer.....

Tiberium Chronicles Blog 02 - Inspirations
Sonic replied to a topic in Tiberium Chronicles RPG Project [Archived Project]
I was under the impression this project was being put on the back burner indefinitely. And no longer being worked on since you decided to step down from the staff. -
Good point. I've seen nothing around that states it will support Windows XP.

Watch_Dogs is on my shopping list. Its the list I keep so when I see these games get reduced in price I consider buying them.

I agree with that but I understand why. If they came out and announced that you need Windows 7 or Windows 8 for GTA V on PC they risk alienating a massive consumer base. This is how I feel. Looks great and all but its not enough for me to get it. My PC probably won't handle it anyway. And its not enough to convince me shelling out for an Xbox One or PS4. If were an entirely new GTA... perhaps I would be swayed.

I've been running various clean up tools across the forums, one of them concerns signatures. If you had any text and/or colour and link tags in your signature it may look a bit odd right now. To correct this go to My control panel → Settings → Signature and save your changes. Sorry about this. The clean up tools alter database entries, that's where signatures are stored.
