3 Questions with John Cena - He is C&C!

Recommended Posts

Apparently John Cena, the WWE wrestler, thinks he is C&C. Here in this quick interview with the G4TV crew he mentions that he's a big Command & Conquer fan and he's a little annoyed that Ric Flair got picked to be in Red Alert 3: Uprising. Watch it below.

Even the C&C community manager, APOC, has laid down the challenge to John Cena.....

This interview is pure gold, John Cena IS C&C.

I'm challenging John Cena, put me on WWE and I'll take him on, for the C&C community!

Actually, I really meant I'd like to take him on, online.

-APOC

Who wants John Cena in the next Command & Conquer game?

lol.. He got interviewed about TW last time, and didn't get the name right. That was funny.

But if they are going to get more WWE talent in there, get some of the divas too. ^_^

I'm over wrestlers on C&C tbh

There has only ever been one so far, that's Ric Flair of course. Your over it and you haven't even played Uprising yet.

As for John Cena. If it ever happens, but I'm sure it never will, I wouldn't mind seeing John Cena in a future game. If you watch him on WWE Raw he is good on the mic and stuff, plays his character well. So he wouldn't be that bad. The problem with John Cena is when he starts wrestling, he's so awkward and has a limited move set. But you don't have worry about his wrestling ability if he were to be used as "actor" in a future C&C game.

Well, at least he looks more like a military man than Flair. As long as the people they hire for the parts are hired for their skill, I don't care who they acquire. Of course, acting skill doesn't seem to be what they've been going after...

His big plus is he thinks it's cool, and it's not just a paycheque.

I'd welcome him, even thought I don't really know who he is....

Dont really care if they are wrestlers or not to be honest as i dont know any of them anyway. As long as they play the part right just like any other actor i will be happy.

I don't know what to say, but I do like to see him in the next C&C game. Although Generals seems played well as Colonel Burton, but since I do not like that universe, I would love to see him go on the next Red Alert universe. But can't, so a Tiberium universe might do being as one of the commandos. Or again if EA would create a brand new universe rather than reviving Generals, I definitely would love to see him play as a commando as well. If Tanya gets an ingame voiceover, John Cena will get the shot as well.

*Salutes to John Cena, The Marine style*

John Cena SHOULD have been in RA3 over Ric Flair so this is EALA's biggest mistake ever. John Cena is more popular than Ric Flair, the nature boy.

If this were to make sense, John Cena should be a good Commander Hill and Ric Flair should be a General in Uprising.

Now that reminds me of one thing here: http://forums.cncnz.com/index.php?showtopic=11427

Because of this news, I am thinking the guy in the bear suit that attacked Flair could be HIM!!! John Cena was short enough to wrestle Ric Flair and that could almost make sense.

Having John Cena in Generals 2 will be a first. Him as Colonel Burton would make sense to me if he fits the role. But who knows if Generals 2 will have FMVs?

Um... Commander Hill or a general in Uprising? What's the difference other than specifics?

Will? You say that as if a Generals 2 was official, which from our latest intel, is the opposite of truth.

The word is.... he "might" be.

With a quick update from Twitter, Apoc told me that it's not John Cena in the disguised bear suit that attacked Ric Flair. Another guess came wrong.

Of course he can act well, after all, I watch "The Marine" and he played well, especially his well known signatures like The Marine salute & his "You can't see me". If you think he acts well, he even dresses well, like "The Marine" cover, he does look like a real soldier. :) So far, I have confidence that he'll come out in the next C&C game.

You guys do understand that John Cena was simply acting and making joke in that video right?

There is a possibility that EA could cast him in a future C&C, never say never. But the way some of guys are talking here its as if he will be for real.
