More Tiberium Concept Artwork Discovered

Another batch of concept art for the long since cancelled C&C FPS, Tiberium, has been found. Its all spread across the sites of the artist who worked on the game at it's conceptual design stage. There is some really great looking work that you should take a look at. Such as the sample below. Then follow either of the links.

I honestly don't get a good C&C vibe from hardly any of those images. Somewhat glad TIBERIUM didn't make the way it was looking.

i disagree. i wish the game finished. its extremely dark, reminds me of TS.

I'll quote a PCGamer magazine about what I think of the art direction:

 

"The art direction seems to lean more towards Halo then C&C" (the sentence was something along those lines, not sure what it said verbatim lol_

I Agree. Tiberium concept art is dark and futuristic and it's more TS oriented than C&C3.

C&C3 feeling? I like C&C3, especially KW and still plays it, but C&C3 lacks of TS (or more like FS) feeling, dark and futuristic. EALA improved few things in KW, but that wasn't near enough to get that famous TS FS atmosphere.

What exactly are you all looking for in fps to have that C&C feel???

Need to keep in mind it's years in the future from Tiberium Wars, and it matches that universe more than Dawn anyway.

 

I think the stuff shown is great... and I'm dissapointed it didn't continue. I hope a mod takes up the concept.

See a few of Kenrick's Tiberium stuff a while ago, truly amazing stuff.

 

Tiberium has to be the only game to match Tiberian Sun in terms of seeing pre production material and wanting game so bad, shame we never got to play Tiberium...

also, i dont know about anyone else but i really am not in any place to say what the world should look like ahead of TS. i dont know the whole story and cant cite the canon.
