Changed my sig for about the 7th time this month... Finally got the banner I was looking for.... Gotta check this album out when it's released guys... i love Microsoft Picture it!.....its easy and has good features..i can also upload pics from cameras straight through it.....all the effects ive used here with my avy/sigs were with that program...its a good one...

I've done all of my sigs with it. And Microsoft pic manager (for those tint/contrast/shading deals.
