There is one, and I repeat ONE good "rapper" out there. Herbbie Hancock. You know how many rap songs he has ? 1. Everything else is jazz and jazzfusion. Why? you ask. I'll tell you why. Its MUSIC. Rap does not qualify as music. Before you jump outa your chairs to yell at me about that, think about it. (if you can)

 

How many rappers do you know actually use music that isnt generic drum beats thrown together on a drum machine with a few "remixed" techno sounds just tossed in for variety. Seriously, look/listen to the diversity of Rock, Classical, Jazz, and Blues. All rap sounds very veyr similar. Whereas 98% of the above mentioned genres are completly different. Perhaps you can tell the diff between 50cent and 2Pac because one likes to rap about killing, and the other likes to rap about raping, or whatever (kst examples). Each and every group in the afformentioned generes has a distinctly different sound to them. Oh and they play musical nstruments. Yes I know the voice is a very potent instrument, too bad rappers dont sing. They talk. And make riddiculous hand motions and sag their pants and glorify whores. wooo.....theres something I wanna look up to. :tired:
