Mina Synd 0 Posted November 2, 2008 doesn't matter in the slightest to me... considering it says "who will you vote for" o.o aaaan i live in the uk. so i'm pretty sure i can't vote xD but if i could i'd have to go for B&B party just for the propaganda xD Share this post Link to post
Duke 0 Posted November 2, 2008 Ahh I love pulp sport. I'm voting National at this stage. Basically i've had enough of labour and while john may not be experienced I think the nats can have a shot at it again. Share this post Link to post
Doctor Destiny 41 Posted November 3, 2008 More... than two parties? WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THIS? WHAT HAS SCIENCE DONE? /dumbassery Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted November 3, 2008 Yeah in NZ we have more that 2 parties. But really only Labour and National have any chance of winning the election. All the rest are minor parties. But they all have one thing in common, they are greedy propaganda spewing bastards. Man, I hate politicians Share this post Link to post

Luk3us 63 Posted November 3, 2008 I could ramble on for pages on why Labour is easily the worst possible choice for the future. But I visit forums to relax. So I'll just say, if National doesn't win, its a reflection on how stupid the NZ public really is. Share this post Link to post

Man, I hate politicians I must clarify DD's post by altering Sonic's: Yeah America has more than 2 parties. But really only Republican and Democrat have any chance of winning the election. All the rest are minor parties. But they all have one thing in common, they are greedy propaganda spewing bastards. Man, everyone hates politicians Share this post Link to post
Doctor Destiny 41 Posted November 3, 2008 I was being sarcastic. I hope none of you ******* took my post seriously. Share this post Link to post
TheBlackOut 7 Posted November 3, 2008 That's how I feel about our Democratic Party. Yea, if they don't win... It'll be pitiful. I must clarify DD's post by altering Sonic's: Yeah America has more than 2 parties. But really only Republican and Democrat have any chance of winning the election. All the rest are minor parties. But they all have one thing in common, they are greedy propaganda spewing bastards. Man, everyone hates politicians Explain how the libertarian party is greedy, propaganda spewing bastards? They have something called common sense, if that's greedy propaganda, I'm fine with that! Share this post Link to post
Saracen 16 Posted November 3, 2008 From my point of view, I can only say one thing: Don't vote, it only encourages them. I'll avoid the long and argumentative monologue about Governments. You all know my stance about it now. But just don't bother about these so called bunch of ***holes. Just remember it's their best interests at heart, not yours. Voting is not a freedom, it's a slavery. Share this post Link to post
Nmenth 291 Posted November 3, 2008 I was being sarcastic. I hope none of you ****wits took my post seriously. I don't know if you were directing that toward me at all, but if so, I quoted you so that when I altered Sonic's words, they made sense. I understood your joke. It was moderately funny. Explain how the libertarian party is greedy, propaganda spewing bastards? They have something called common sense, if that's greedy propaganda, I'm fine with that! Well, I wanted to maintain some of Sonic's post, it doesn't necessarily apply 100%. However, how can you truly judge someone that has never won? I don’t much doubt that no matter the person running, they will still become a politician when they get in. A politician is a politician... Share this post Link to post

Voting is not a freedom, it's a slavery. the draw back is that we pay them to much for the c**p they do. and they get a mandatory pay rise each year, it is as if $500,000 is not enough. and if you dont vote we end up with another hermaphrodite as a prime minister. and to make it worse they both suck huge balls. why cant it be just 2 party's and a senate? Alphabear 11 Posted November 3, 2008 I like politics personally as i am involved with a political party. I cant say i know too much about NZ politics though, but based on my current knowledge of NZ politics i would say Nats Share this post Link to post

I don’t much doubt that no matter the person running, they will still become a politician when they get in. A politician is a politician... You have a point, but the Democrats and the Republicans have offered no real solutions, either one of them. Both candidate yell fixes yet don't really explain HOW they plain to carry it out. I can say I'll fix our dependency on foreign oil, sure! How? I have no idea... not my job to, though. At least the libertarian party's candidate, from what I've seen of him on CNN and stuff, has common sense and explains how he'd fix some of the stuff. Ron Paul was also great at doing so. So no, I don't know what they would do if they got in, but at least they talk like they know what they'd do as opposed to talking out of their ass. Share this post Link to post
Inferno 22 Posted November 3, 2008 Hmm... more than 10 parties here in dutchyland... but usually the christian-democrats get most votes.... Share this post Link to post
Mina Synd 0 Posted November 4, 2008 technically every country that gets to vote has multiple parties... but usually only 2 or 3 will be lead runners o.o i mean the uk has -zillions- of parties xD but you only see a few parties on the news simply because half of the parties aren't even worth a second look... not voting is a nice idea. the problem is that if we don't vote, all the idiots will still vote... and they'll pick the worst person possible because of some flashy propaganda. i mean if all of us grouped together and picked one of the small, random, wacky parties... think how much fun that would be if they won? xD i mean technically if we all got up off our butts and did something useful with our votes... sure we'd still have some greedy so-and-so politician in power, but chances are they'd be an eccentric or something. the only downside is when you vote for the small party that sounds promising you get a whole new reich in power xD i have to admit i've considered voting for the BNP before (british nationalist party) but they're way too hardcore... i mean i'm all for being english and stopping the immigrants an stuff but those guys are pretty much skinhead nazis... so i'd like to find a party that would make positive change which would benefit the born english but not like, start world wars or race-eradication... hehhh... ah that fine balance xD *rant end* Share this post Link to post
Inferno 22 Posted November 4, 2008 Actually there is one large party that usually gets about 1/3 of the votes, and that one usually forms coalitians with other (large) parties. But there are about 4 ~ 6 parties that get at least 10% of the votes here.... Share this post Link to post

comander starlin 6 Posted November 5, 2008 with national and labour party slaging each other off at the moment, i see the chances of the throw away vote partys getting a good shot at getting in especially the bill and ben party with the election night drinking game campbell is so going to get us drunk Share this post Link to post
