Tiberian Dawn Gameplay Teaser Trailer

Recommended Posts

The Official C&C Site has played host to the debut of the first Tiberian Dawn gameplay teaser trailer. Tiberian Dawn is an upcoming mod for Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars that intends to bring back the original game that started it all. Check out the new trailer below.

Once your done with the trailer, don't forget to have a good look at the Tiberian Dawn 2nd Anniversary Celebration Blog that was posted late last month.

Damn, that was awesome. The tiberium looks so much better, I can't see any Riparius plants though.

Well that was one thing about the old classics, not every field had to have a generation source.

Looks amazing, though. I haven't been this excited for a mod in a while. TD is my favorite CnC game...

...Why?

If I recalled back in 1995, Nod buildings were red but their troops and tanks were blue? :cc:

Oh right. They were gray, though. Unless you were playing online, and you chose a different color.

In C&C 95 Nod buildings were grey and red while infantry and vehicles were grey.

Somehow to me the grey/gray looks blue to me. :S

I just made a thread on another forum asking how to spell the color between black and white. XD

I think we came to the conclusion that it was gray in American English and grey in British English.

Looks pretty cool...ill have to keep a eye on it...this just reminded me i need to find another copy of KW....my daughter FUBAR'd my copy......

Hope to see some missions in a update...something other then skirmishes would be completely awesome imo...i get tired of seeing mods with nothing other then skirmish features...though cant complain too much...i dont know the first thing about modding outside TibEd

I got the impression it's blue all along. They don't look like grey to me...

Ahh, bring back the old classic times. But if we're going to set it right, I prefer Nod to be the original red, grey or blue is totally wrong!

And well, nice animation on the MCV deployment and I even love the cargo plane, but too bad that my money is on the Original Red Alert 1 mod for RA3.

Let's just say bluish grey/gray pays respect to the original game.

Nod is grey and red in C&C1, the units are grey and the buildings are red. The C&C3TD team is doing nothing wrong. :P

Amazing. TD is still the best CnC (With RA2/3 coming close), and the amount of detail is staggering! Can't wait to see this in action, and I hope it won't trash the main game as most of the mods I played did for me.
