We have discussed it at great length on our forums, everyone had their guesses as to what this big news will be. We will find out for sure sometime tomorrow.

It can be one of three things (i am hoping for number 2):

 

*Its an RA2 mod, or just another mod, for C&C3 TW, hence the term Revolution and its all in red.

 

*It is a C&C expansion (with deadly cyborgs and killer mechs (they have to make a come back (lol)).

 

*It is RA3!!!

lol.. Well they screwed up the stats for a while there, but they're all back to normal now. Might be getting ready to start up the official "ladder" season.

 

Of course along with the announcement of the expansion, and when the magically "kill the bastard pitbulls" patch will be coming.

Well EA have already revolutionised C&C. C&C 3 was the first game where Kane didn't actually die at the end of GDI campaign.

 

As for the actual announcement, I have no hopes or dreams about what it can be. And while I may make a comment about whatever the announcement will be. I'll reserve judgement, and say I'll believe it when I see it.

You're really overdoing it Saracen. You haven't even seen a single episode yet. It was a pretty small hype - an announcement just one or two weeks in advance and now it's revealed. Have you ever seen Supreme Commander TV? Blizzard TV? No. It's something new, for the fans.

No, It's Aaron who's been overdoing it ever since he took the position as community manager. I don't give a wooden nickle (I want to swear but can't!) about C&C TV. Who cares if it has Kane, interviews etc. This is something that many developers have been doing with Video podcasts. And this C&C TV is also a poor excuse to replace the battle cast viewer because it's obvious they couldn't manage to get the feature working in-game.

 

Just remember Apoc's History, he has done nothing to improve this community. Anything that has improved has been done through C&C 3 alone. And while I look into my crystal ball I can see Apoc reading this and wishing to send me a load of freebies just to shut me up. But instead he'll feel compelled to call me a sour fruit instead. And then where possible, just ignore me like I don't exist. Cos he knew this was coming, he knows there's gonna be an uproar.

 

Face it Aaron you're a poor excuse for a community manager. Your marketing is all wrong, and giving this huge hype by saying C&C will be revolutionised is just plain wrong.

 

When and if an expansion comes along you'll be promising world peace and an end to global terrorism. Cos that's the only marketing ploy left in your book capable of putting all the rest of your marketing mishaps in the shadows. From what I've seen from other RTS communities that have been following this. This announcement has been called the most under-whelming thing you've done to date.

 

You can forget your apology a few weeks back, cos in my opinion, you've just put one foot into the grave of your career!

Worth a 5 minute chatter, not a "REVOLUTIONIZE" on the website... I mean wasn't the Battlecast and battlecast viewer suppose to do anything? Oh wait, we haven't seen the Battlecast viewer yet even though they made it sound like we'd get it when the game released! :roll:

 

APOC come out and say if the viewer ain't coming, then at least I know EA came clean. But promise, never comes, and they let it die, for fans to remember "ea never did this that they promised!".

 

I didn't see it coming, I guess EA got me there. :? It's okay. They didn't overhype it so I'm fine, just seems like a cheap way to not do the battlecast viewer and say "LOOK WUT WE DID INSTEAD!!111"
